Mineral Resources (Manres) have announced the appointment of Susan Fairier and Colin Moore as independent non -executive directors. Munirus is a leading diverse resource company, which is widely used in mining services, iron ore, lithium and energy. The company provides numerous services in the provision of mining infrastructure.
Susan Ferrier brings many experiences from his former role as a group executive of People and Culture at the National Australia Bank, where he offered important culture and leadership change programs. The backdrop is also included in KPMG and prominent banking groups in the UK, such as HSBC and Deutsche Bank. The current roles of the ferry include Joon, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, and Air Services Australia’s directorial positions, as well as the role of the committee at Sydney University. In Muniris, Ferrier will take over the role of compensation and the chair of the people’s committee.
An experienced mining executive and geologist Colin Moore Head has devoted four decades to the mining sector. Recently, he served as the Executive Chair of Copper and Gold Explorer Zando Mines. His career also includes New Crist in nearly three decades. Moore Head Ramlios is also serving as resources, Irsus resources, and the board director of VHM. He will head the technical committee in Muniris.
According to Munirus Chairman Malcolm Bunda, this appointment indicates an important step to strengthen the board’s capabilities and diversity as the company is ready for the future. Bunde emphasized that the skill of the ferirer and peacock head will play an important role as Munirus focuses on the engagement of discipline capital management, leadership succession, and stakeholder to achieve the cost of sustainable shares.
